The World is always looking for "working, usable & sellable brains".
Most times in life, you're either using your brain or someone else is using it.
When someone teaches you how to think (either for yourself or for others), it is called education.
When someone uses your mind for sometime, so that you can use it for yourself in future, it is called apprenticeship.
When someone is using your mind because you cannot use it by yourself, it is called exploitation, slavery or employment.
When you use your head by yourself to create value for others, that is business enterprise or entrepreneurship.
When a person's head is active but unused, it is called redundancy.
When your business requires you to engage others, please make sure they learn, grow and can one day use their heads for themselves, or own a part of your business, if they so desire. And you're willing to share the risk.

Out of a every 100 men that you can come across, 90 of them are busy men and about 10 are businessmen. Being a busy man does not mean that one is a businessman.
A lion works for four hours and sleeps for twenty hours and yet it eats meat each and every day. On the other hand, an elephant works for twenty hours and sleeps for four hours, and yet it eats grass.
Profitability is what differentiates people in the commercial world.
You don't have to be a busy man to be a businessman.
